Heal's, a name known for high-quality, luxurious furniture, needed a way to bring its premium pieces to life online, with a huge variety of options - fabrics, finishes, and customisable features. Heal's wanted to ensure its customers could feel as confident buying online as they would in-store.

The challenge

How we helped

After prototyping and testing the tool, we knew we had something special. “Initial user testing of a product can be slightly nerve-racking; however, from the first test, it confirmed our instinct that we had designed a tool that was intuitive, with users coming first, demonstrated by the positive feedback from testers,” the Product Team shared.

Now, customers can see their dream sofa in 3D, switch fabrics, adjust finishes, and even view the piece in their room - all from their phones or laptops.
